We want you and your pet to be happy, which is why we offer a generous policy - within 14 days and with the receipt and unused portion. If you meet this criteria come stop by and experience hassle-free returns. Home delivery orders must be returned in-store. Online orders must be returned in-store and will be processed back to the original form of payment used. Some exceptions may apply please see store for details.
